Aren’t happy producers great? Thanks, Quentin! On behalf of C-students everywhere, I humbly accept this high praise.
I do want to second Quentin on Ben’s brilliance. I was just reading an interview with a Director of Photography who was working on an independent film (with a much higher budget than ours, the bastards) and he was complaining that he usually only had two or three hours to light sets. Poor Ben usually had about fifteen minutes! But, he did a fantastic job and under very trying circumstances (for starters, working with me!).
